TCL 85″ 85T6D Price in Kenya
The TCL 85″ 85T6D is KSh 160,299 at Avechi, in stock with a 1-year warranty, for delivery or collection from our Nairobi shop.
The 85T6D is the largest model in TCL’s 2026 T6D QLED line. It keeps the 4K quantum dot picture, Google TV and Dolby Vision of the smaller sizes, and it is the only T6D to get TCL’s ONKYO 2.1 speaker system with a built-in subwoofer. It is aimed at large lounges, home cinema corners and sports bars where people watch from 2 to 3 metres or more. Full feature details are on our TCL 55T6D page.
Who the 85-inch suits
- Big rooms. At 85 inches the comfortable 4K viewing range is about 2.2 to 3.2 metres. Closer than 2 metres, you will be turning your head to follow the action.
- Group viewing. Match nights and movie evenings with a full sofa work better on a screen this size, and the HVA panel holds contrast well in a dim room.
- Bars, restaurants and offices. One large screen is often cheaper and neater than two smaller ones, and Google TV handles YouTube, sport streams and casting from a phone.

85T6D vs other large TCL TVs at Avechi
| Model | Avechi price | Main difference |
|---|---|---|
| TCL 75″ 75T6D | KSh 106,199 | Same series, 10 inches smaller, 2.0 speakers |
| TCL 85″ 85T6D (this page) | KSh 160,299 | QLED, 60Hz, ONKYO 2.1 |
| TCL 85″ 85P8L | KSh 165,299 | Mini LED dimming, 144Hz panel, ONKYO 2.1 |
Look closely at the last row. The 85″ P8L costs only KSh 5,000 more and adds Mini LED local dimming and a 144Hz panel that can run a PS5 or Xbox at 4K 120Hz. Unless every shilling counts, the P8L is the stronger 85-inch buy. The 85T6D remains a solid big screen for streaming and TV, and a good fallback if the P8L sells out.
Prices last updated October 2026.
TCL 85T6D FAQs
What is the TCL 85T6D price in Kenya?
KSh 160,299 at Avechi as of October 2026, with a 1-year warranty.
Can my wall hold an 85″ TV?
At about 33.5kg it needs a solid masonry wall and a bracket rated for an 85″ screen with a 600 x 400 VESA pattern. Drywall partitions are not suitable without proper reinforcement.
Will an 85″ TV fit through my door and in a lift?
The screen alone is close to 1.9 metres wide, and the box is larger. Measure doorways, stairs and the lift before delivery, and plan for two people to carry and mount it.
