- How Do I Buy or Shop on Avechi?
Once on our website-avechi.co.ke, either search via the search bar or click on any of the listed categories and sub categories to identify the particular product you want.
Click on product and then choose “add to cart”. Proceed to check out by selecting the “basket” icon. Fill in the billing details and create an account if you are a new user or log in for returning customer. If every detail has been provided, proceed to place the order.
- How Do I create an Account?
Choose the “Login Icon”. There will be 2(two) options; one for already registered customers and the other for new customers. Registered customers only need to provide their email and password to login. In case of a forgotten password, there is an option to reset.
For new users, select, “create an account”. Fill in the details and click create an account.
- How do I make payments and do you accept Visa card?
Payment is made Via Mpesa, Equitel and Airtel Money.
- I have a complaint about the delivery made yesterday, what should I do?

- Does Avechi do deliveries of products outside Kenya?
Yes, we deliver to Uganda, Tanzania and across East Africa.
- Are all products on Avechi original and genuine?
Yes, all our products are genuine and meet all international standards.
- Do you offer payment in installments?
You can pay in two installments. Once you place your order, you can pay half, and then pay the other half when receiving your item.
- What does ‘Preorder’ mean?
Items marked as ‘Preorder’ are expected to be released soon and you can pre-book them. Such items will be shipped after their official release. It can also mean ordering for an item that is not on the website.
