TCL 98″ C8L Price in Kenya
Get the TCL 98″ C8L at Avechi for KSh 392,299. It is in stock with a 1-year warranty, and we deliver or you can pick it up from our Nairobi shop.
The 98″ is the largest model in TCL’s 2026 C8L line and the one TCL built its headline numbers around: 4,032 local dimming zones and a claimed 6,000 nits. Underneath it is the same 4K 144Hz SQD-Mini LED Google TV as the smaller sizes, with Dolby Vision, HDR10+, four HDMI 2.1 ports and Bang & Olufsen sound. See the TCL 65″ C8L page for the full feature rundown.
Who should buy a 98″ TV
A screen this size replaces a projector. It suits a home cinema room, a large open-plan lounge, a boardroom or a sports bar where viewers sit about 2.5 to 3.7 metres away. Unlike a projector it stays bright with the lights on, needs no dark room and has no fan noise or lamp to replace. If your sofa is closer than 2.5 metres, the 85″ C8L will be more comfortable.

TCL 98″ C8L FAQs
What is the TCL 98″ C8L price in Kenya?
KSh 392,299 at Avechi as of October 2026, with a 1-year warranty.
Will a 98″ TV get into my house?
The screen is about 2.17m wide and 1.24m tall before packaging, and the box is longer still. Check the length of your lift car, the turns in your staircase and the height of the door you will carry it through. It takes at least two, ideally three, people to move safely.
Is the 98″ too big for a living room?
Only if you sit close. At 2.5m or more it fills your view like a cinema screen without forcing you to turn your head. Closer than that, you will notice yourself scanning the picture, and the 85″ is the better size.
