Honor X9E Pro Price in Kenya
The Honor X9E Pro (8GB/256GB) costs KSh 56,499 at Avechi. It is in stock and comes with a 1-year warranty. You can pick it up from our Nairobi shop or have it delivered.
HONOR has launched its first “Pro” variant in its durability-focused X Series, so this phone sits at the top of that line. It was announced in September 2026. Also, it suits buyers who want a phone that lasts several days between charges, works outdoors or takes rough handling. It is a mid-range phone, so it is not aimed at gamers or heavy multitaskers.

Why buy the Honor X9E Pro
- Long battery life: The 11,000mAh cell is one of the largest in a phone at this price. Honor’s own rating is a typical figure, so expect slightly less in strict testing.
- Quick top-ups: The 80W wired charging brings the battery back up faster than most mid-range phones.
- Power bank use: The 27W reverse charging lets you top up another phone or accessory from this one.
- Tough build: The IP69K rating and 10-meter water resistance suit dusty roads, rain and accidental drops into water.
- Bright screen: The 120Hz AMOLED panel with a 10,000 nit peak makes outdoor reading easier.
Pros and cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| Very large 11,000mAh battery | The chip is a deliberately mid-range Snapdragon 6 Gen 5 |
| 80W wired charging | At 203 g, it is heavy for a 6.8-inch phone |
| IP69K rating and 10-meter water resistance | No memory card slot, so 256GB is the limit |
| 120Hz AMOLED display | Base RAM is 8GB, and the 24GB figure relies on storage |
| Reverse charging and 1-year warranty at Avechi | Battery rating (10,510mAh) is lower than the headline 11,000mAh |
Honor X9E Pro vs Motorola Edge 70 5G 12GB 512GB
| Feature | Honor X9E Pro | Motorola Edge 70 5G |
|---|---|---|
| Avechi price | KSh 56,499 | KSh 56,499 |
| Memory (as listed) | 8GB RAM, 256GB storage | 12GB RAM, 512GB storage |
| Standout point | 11,000mAh battery and 80W charging | More RAM and storage at the same price |
Verdict: The Motorola costs the same and offers more memory on paper, so it is the better value if storage and multitasking matter most. Choose the Honor if battery life and durability come first. I did not check the Motorola’s full specs for this comparison.
