This is the 85-inch model in TCL’s 2025 C6K Mini LED series. It runs the same 144Hz 4K panel, Google TV software and ONKYO 2.1 sound as the smaller sizes, but TCL gives the 85″ and 98″ a matte, anti-glare screen finish, which helps in rooms with big windows or bright ceiling lights. Who the 85″ suits
- Large lounges. Seating about 2.2 to 3.2 metres away is the sweet spot. Much closer and you will notice yourself turning your head to follow the action.
- Bright rooms. The matte finish cuts reflections from windows and lamps, which glossy screens on smaller sizes show more.
- Home cinema without a projector. Unlike a projector, it stays watchable in daylight, needs no ceiling mount and has Dolby Atmos sound built in.
- Offices, bars and churches. One large display with Google TV and four HDMI inputs covers presentations, live sport and streaming.
