Verdict: The Fold 8 is lighter by more than 60g, charges much faster and will be supported for years longer. The Fold 4 costs KSh 76,000 less and keeps a telephoto camera. Buy the Fold 4 if you want a big folding screen on a budget and are happy to replace it in two or three years. If you plan to keep the phone for a long time, the newer model is the safer choice.
