Which variant should you buy?
For most people, the 8GB/256GB is the one to get. The A56 has no memory card slot, so the storage you buy is all you will ever have, and 128GB fills up quickly with WhatsApp media and 4K video. Choose the 12GB version if you game a lot or keep many apps open, since the extra RAM keeps the phone fast over its long update life.

A56 vs A57: The A57 is a small step up: thinner and lighter, IP68 instead of IP67, a newer chip and a 512GB option. The cameras, battery and charging hardware are the same. If you want the newest model, the A57 costs about KSh 2,000 more for the base version. If you want the best value, the A56 gives you almost the same phone for less.
