Huawei Pura 80 Pro Price in Kenya
The Huawei Pura 80 Pro price in Kenya is KSh 89,999 at Avechi for the 12GB RAM / 512GB version. It is in stock with a 1-year warranty, for delivery or pick-up from our Nairobi shop.
Huawei launched the Pura 80 series internationally in Dubai in July 2025. The Pura 80 Pro is built around a 1-inch main camera sensor with a variable aperture and a 4x telephoto that also shoots close-ups. It suits photography fans who are comfortable using a phone without Google apps.
Important: no Google services
The Pura 80 Pro does not have Google Mobile Services. That means no Google Play Store, and Google apps such as Gmail, Google Maps, YouTube and Google Drive are not preinstalled and may not work fully. The international version runs EMUI 15 and gets apps from Huawei’s AppGallery. Popular apps can often be installed from AppGallery or as web versions, but apps that rely on Google services (including some banking and payment apps) may not run or may lose features such as notifications. If you depend on a specific app, check that it works on Huawei before you buy.

Why buy the Huawei Pura 80 Pro
- A 1-inch main sensor. A sensor this size is rare in phones. It helps with low-light shots and gives natural background blur without portrait mode.
- Variable aperture. The lens moves between f/1.6 and f/4.0, so you can let in more light at night or keep more of a group photo in focus by day.
- Zoom and macro in one lens. The 48MP 4x telephoto is stabilised and also focuses close, good for both portraits and detail shots of food or crafts.
- Charger in the box. Huawei includes its 100W SuperCharge charger, and the phone also supports 80W wireless charging.
- Room for your photos. 512GB comes as standard, so full-resolution shots and 4K clips will not fill the phone quickly.

Verdict: For nearly the same money, the Pura 80 Pro has the much bigger main camera sensor, longer zoom and wireless charging. The V70 has full Google support, a bigger battery and four promised Android upgrades. If you rely on Google apps or mobile banking apps, choose the V70.
