Why buy the Vivo Y05e
- Long battery life: The 5150mAh cell is larger than the 5000mAh cells in many phones at this price, so one charge can carry a full day of messaging, video and browsing.
- Current software: It ships with Android 16 and OriginOS 6, which gives it a newer base than older budget Vivo models.
- Room for files: 64GB of internal storage plus a dedicated microSDXC slot lets you add more space later without giving up the second SIM.
- Splash protection: The IP64 rating helps against dust and light splashes, which suits daily use in Nairobi traffic and sudden rain.
- Easy to hold: At 199 g and 8.2 mm thick, it is light enough for one-hand use over long periods.
