Tecno Camon 50 Price in Kenya
The Tecno Camon 50 4G (8GB RAM, 256GB storage) costs KSh 33,799 at Avechi. It is in stock with a 1-year warranty. Get it delivered, or pick it up from our Nairobi shop.
Tecno announced the Camon 50 in February 2026 and it reached shops in March. It is the standard model in the Camon 50 series, sitting below the Camon 50 Pro and Camon 50 Ultra. Also, it keeps much of what makes the Pro appealing, including the 144Hz AMOLED screen, the 6,150mAh battery and IP68/IP69K protection, but drops the telephoto lens to bring the price down. It is a good fit for buyers who want a tough, good-looking phone with a stabilised camera for around KSh 34,000.

Why buy the Tecno Camon 50
- Hard to damage with water. IP68 and IP69K cover submersion and high-pressure jets. A phone dropped in a sink or caught in a downpour on the way to the matatu stage should survive.
- Steady photos. Optical stabilisation on the 50MP main camera helps keep low-light and handheld shots sharp, which is not a given at this price.
- A smooth, vivid screen. The 144Hz AMOLED is faster than the 120Hz panels on most rivals around KSh 30,000.
- Slim with a big battery. 6,150mAh fits into a 7.5mm body, so it carries easily without giving up battery life.
- Room for everything. 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage come as standard, so there is no need to choose a smaller version.

Verdict: The two share the same chip, screen, battery and water rating. The Pro’s extra KSh 9,200 pays for a 3x telephoto lens and faster 60W charging. If you rarely zoom, the Camon 50 gives you most of the Pro for less.
