Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 12GB/512GB Price in Kenya
Avechi has the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 8 12GB/512GB in stock at KSh 189,499, backed by a 1-year warranty, with delivery or pick-up from our Nairobi shop.
This listing is the 512GB version of the Z Fold 8, the middle storage option between the 256GB and 1TB models. Our full Galaxy Z Fold 8 review and specs goes through the wide inner display, cameras and charging in detail.
Who should buy the 512GB version?
- Anyone who records a lot of video. 4K and 8K clips fill a phone quickly. Doubling to 512GB means you can film events or holidays for longer before you need to move files to a laptop or the cloud.
- People who keep the Fold for its whole life. There is no memory card slot on any Fold 8, so storage bought today is all you will ever have. 512GB leaves comfortable room for four or five years of apps, photos and updates.
- Tablet-style users. If you download films, PDFs, e-books and offline maps to enjoy on the 7.6-inch screen, the extra space keeps that library on the device.
- Cloud-first users can stay at 256GB. If your photos sync to Google Photos or OneDrive and you stream your entertainment, the base model is enough.
Galaxy Z Fold 8 versions compared
| Variant | RAM | Storage | Avechi price | Difference vs 12GB/512GB |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Galaxy Z Fold 8 12GB/256GB | 12GB | 256GB | KSh 174,999 | KSh 14,500 less |
| Galaxy Z Fold 8 12GB/512GB | 12GB | 512GB | KSh 189,499 | This version |
| Galaxy Z Fold 8 12GB/1TB | 12GB | 1TB | KSh 266,999 | KSh 77,500 more |
Verdict: This is the best-balanced Fold 8. KSh 14,500 for double the storage is a fair premium on a phone with no card slot, while the 1TB costs far more for a gain few people need. One thing to weigh first: the Z Fold 8 Ultra 12GB/256GB is KSh 194,199, only KSh 4,700 more, and adds a 200MP camera with 3x zoom but half the storage. If photography matters more to you than space and the wide shape, look at the Ultra.

How much is the Galaxy Z Fold 8 512GB in Kenya?
KSh 189,499 at Avechi, as of October 2026.
256GB or 512GB: which should I choose?
If you shoot plenty of video or like to keep files offline, take the 512GB, since the Fold 8 cannot be expanded later. If you rely on cloud backup and streaming, save KSh 14,500 with the 256GB.
Can I add more storage after buying?
No. None of the Fold 8 versions has a microSD slot.
Is the 512GB model better in any other way?
No. RAM (12GB), chip, cameras, screens and the 4,800mAh battery are identical on all versions. You are paying only for storage.
