Why buy the Huawei MatePad 11.5
- Smooth 120Hz screen. The 2456 x 1600 panel refreshes at up to 120Hz, which helps scrolling and handwriting feel responsive.
- Long battery life. The 10,100 mAh cell covers a full day of lectures, travel or reading. Up to 40W charging also shortens the time spent plugged in.
- Keyboard included in the bundle. The magnetic keyboard makes essays, emails and reports easier to type than on a touchscreen alone.
- Room for files. The 256GB store is a good fit because there is no microSD slot. The capacity you buy is the capacity you get.
- Four speakers. They give fuller sound for films and video calls without earphones.

Verdict: The Lenovo costs KSh 7,500 less and has the same storage and memory. The Huawei is the better pick if you want the keyboard and a larger battery, and both are confirmed on the Huawei sheet. We have not checked the Lenovo’s full specs, so we cannot say which screen or chip is better. Buy the Lenovo if price matters most and you do not need a keyboard.
