Reasons to choose the Honor 400 Pro
- Flagship processor for less. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 powered top phones in 2024 and still runs demanding games like Call of Duty Mobile at high settings without strain.
- Real 3x optical zoom. The stabilised 50MP telephoto takes sharp portraits and lets you get closer at a football match or a graduation from the back of the hall.
- Charging options. 100W wired fills the battery in about 40 minutes, and 50W wireless is there if you prefer a stand on the desk.
- Proper water protection. IP68 and IP69 cover submersion and high-pressure spray, a clear step up from the regular 400.
- 512GB as standard. Plenty of room for 4K video and offline content, so the missing memory card slot is not a problem.

| IP68 and IP69 | Plastic frame despite the glass back |
| 50MP selfie with 4K video | Honor 600 has a larger battery for less |

Verdict: The 400 Pro is the faster phone and the only one of the two with a zoom lens and wireless charging. The Honor 600 is newer, lasts longer on a charge and will receive updates for longer as it started on Android 16. Gamers and zoom fans should take the 400 Pro; everyone else gets more for less with the 600.
