Description
Oppo Reno15 Price in Kenya
The Oppo Reno15 5G costs KSh 68,699 at Avechi for the 12GB RAM / 512GB version. It is in stock as genuine stock with a 1-year warranty, and you can have it delivered or pick it up from our Nairobi shop.
Oppo launched the global Reno15 in January 2026. It sits in the middle of the Reno15 range, above the Reno15 F and below the Pro. The reason to choose it is the camera mix: a 50MP main camera and a 50MP 3.5x telephoto, which is rare at this price. It suits people who shoot portraits, events and social content and want a slim phone that still lasts a full day.

Why buy the Oppo Reno15
- A real zoom lens. The 50MP telephoto gives 3.5x optical zoom with its own stabilisation, so portraits and stage shots at a church concert or a wedding look clean instead of cropped and blurry.
- Space for everything. 512GB of storage means you can keep years of photos and 4K clips on the phone without paying for cloud storage.
- Selfies with focus. The 50MP front camera has autofocus and a wide view, which helps with group shots and video calls.
- Battery that keeps going. 6,500mAh in a 197g body, and 80W charging fills it in under an hour when you do plug in.
- Tough sealing. IP68 and IP69 ratings cover rain, splashes and dusty matatu rides.
Pros and cons
| Pros | Cons |
|---|---|
| 3.5x optical telephoto at a mid-range price | 8MP ultra-wide is weak next to the other two cameras |
| Big 6,500mAh battery with 80W charging | No memory card slot |
| Sharp 120Hz AMOLED screen | Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 is not a gaming flagship |
| IP68 and IP69 water and dust resistance | No wireless charging |
| 12GB RAM and 512GB storage as standard at Avechi | No headphone jack |

Verdict: The Reno14 Pro is the stronger phone on paper, with a faster chip, a much better ultra-wide camera, a bigger screen and wireless charging. The Reno15 keeps the same zoom lens, adds battery and ships with newer software for KSh 18,800 less. Most buyers will be happy with the Reno15. Pick the Reno14 Pro if you game or shoot a lot of wide landscapes.
Other phones to consider
