Huawei nova 7i Price in Kenya
The Huawei nova 7i (8GB RAM / 128GB) is KSh 30,499 at Avechi. We have it in stock with a 1-year warranty, and you can collect it from our Nairobi shop or choose delivery.
Huawei released the nova 7i in early 2020, announcing it at the end of January. It was a mid-range phone with a punch-hole LCD screen, a 48MP quad camera and 40W charging. It is now one of the oldest phones on our shelves, it has no Google apps and it does not support 5G. For most buyers, a newer phone at a similar price is the better buy, and we list some below.

No Google services: what it means
The nova 7i ships without Google Mobile Services. You will not find the Google Play Store, and Google apps like YouTube, Gmail, Maps and Drive are not included. Instead you install apps from Huawei AppGallery. Many common apps are listed there, and some services can be used in the browser, but apps built on Google services may not install, may crash, or may not deliver notifications. Banking and payment apps are the ones to check most carefully.
What the nova 7i still does well
- Plenty of RAM. 8GB keeps several apps open at once without constant reloading.
- Headphone jack. Plug in wired earphones directly, something many newer phones have dropped.
- 40W charging. Huawei rates it at 70% in half an hour, quicker than many budget phones.
- Fingerprint on the side. The power-key reader unlocks fast, even with the phone flat on a desk.

| 3.5mm headphone jack | LCD screen rather than OLED |
| Quad rear camera with ultra-wide | No 5G and no NFC |
| Expandable with NM card | Newer 5G phones with Google cost about the same |
