  1. What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary with the type of product. Our standard shipping charges are Kes.300 for most products. For bulk products such as Fridges, Standing cookers and other large appliances, the delivery charges will vary.

Our customer care reps will always specify all the charges once your order has been processed.

Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.

  1. What is the estimated delivery time?

We offer one of the fastest delivery periods in Kenya. It takes an average of 3-4 hours to receive a product after ordering if in Nairobi and its environs. For other regions it takes 24-48 hours on Business days.  Business days exclude public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time also depends on the following factors:

  • Product’s availability
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to
  1. Why does the estimated delivery time vary?

Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.

  1. Why is the CoD (Cash on Delivery) option not offered on some products?

Some products are only available by pre-order which requires you to pay first before delivery 

  1. What Payment Modes do you Offer?

Primarily there are two modes of payment. Pre-payment and cash on delivery. Pre-payment works for bulk products and other products shipped from abroad. For cash on delivery, you pay upon receipt of order. Our customer care rep will inform you on the mode of payment upon the processing of your order.

  1. Other than Lipa na MPESA, do you offer any other Payment options?

Yes, you can pay through Lipa na MPESA, Airtel Money and Equitel

  1. What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Pre-Order” mean?

‘In Stock’

This means the product is available

‘Preorder’ or ‘Forthcoming’

Such items are expected to be released soon and can be pre-booked for you

‘Out of Stock’

Currently, the item is not available for sale.

  1. Does Avechi deliver internationally?

As of now, Avechi delivers in all the 47 counties of Kenya. We also deliver to Uganda, Tanzania and across East Africa.
